Guests must be at least 18 to attend.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when making your booking, or contact us by email at [email protected] at least a week before the event.
The dress code is Black Tie or Highland Dress for men, and formal evening wear for women.
Parking is available free of charge in the streets around the hotel, or for an hourly fee in the hotel's own multi-storey car park that can be accessed from Hársfa utca. Coming by taxi is easier, and here are some companies you can use: 6 x 6 Taxi Kft. As a non-profit organisation the RBIF cannot issue invoices, we can only issue donation contracts and tax certificates (enabling you to deduct the tax on your donation). Should you need a contract, please enter your company's details in the Note box (company name, address, tax number, name of person signing contract) when making the payment, and we will prepare and send you the necessary paperwork, of which please return one signed copy to us.
